Review meeting on Child Death Review was held at Chakla Kokila State Dispensary, Bongaigaon by Deputy Commissioner, Bongaigaon along with Jt.DHS, Bongaigaon, other health officials, ASHA, ANMs, GNMs and the staff of Chakla Kokila State Dispensary. Deputy Commissioner had discussed issues related to the referral system and also highlighted action plan to improve the service delivery so to reduce MMR and IMR of the sector.
